Returns Policy
Second thoughts happen to the best of us! Don’t fret if they hit you within 14 days of bagging a new, unopened item – we've got your back (persoanlised items and return costs not included). Oh, and if we messed it up with wrong or defective goods, it's definitely on us (including the return shipping charges).
You'll see your refund make its journey back to your bank within about 21 days of sending off the return, but don't be startled if it speeds its way back earlier! To give you an idea of the timeline: it takes 5-10 business days for your return to land on our doorstep, 3-5 business days for our wizards to process it, and 5-10 business days for your bank to work its magic.

Shipping
While we can't promise to personally hand-deliver your order, we do promise to get it on its way to practically any destination. However, just a small warning: some products may have shipping restrictions. We provide shipping and delivery dates estimates upon order placement.
Just to peel back the curtain a bit: the shipping rates follow the laws of gravity, meaning they're mostly weight-based. And to align with our shipping carriers, we might just round up that weight to the next kg.
If items weigh more than 1kg, they will travel by cubic weight. It’s complicated I know, but we only charge the postage our carriers charge.
